Notes to the rental rates
For agreed lettings to parties not requiring the complete property, rental charges can be negotiated e.g. occupancy of main floor (3 bed rooms) only would be approximately two thirds of total property rental charge. The property is let Saturday to Saturday.
Bookings are confirmed on receipt of 40% deposit. Balance due six full weeks before date of rental, together with £100 returnable breakages deposit, on receipt of which key will be sent together with local map and instructions exactly how to reach the property.
To allow for change overs, guests are requested to leave before 10am on day of departure and not to arrive before 5pm on day of arrival.
Maid and catering service can be arranged through our local agents. All services, including heating, are covered in the rental charge apart from telephone, which is metered and payable to our agents on departure.
